Are you submitting an application to the NIH REACH (Research Evaluation and Commercialization Hubs) program?
New York State is interested in supporting competitive New York-led applications that meet NIH requirements and strengthen the State’s biomedical innovation and commercialization ecosystem. Institutions seeking New York State support should review the NYS Statement of Principles and submit a completed Notice of Intent by October 23, 2026.
The NOI process will help ESD identify New York applicants, connect teams to complementary partners and other State resources, and determine where State support may strengthen applications ahead of the NIH deadline.
