Early-Stage Incubator Space @ Einstein

The Albert Einstein Incubator Program offers affordable, state-of-the-art lab space for early-stage biotech and life science start-up companies on our beautiful campus in the Bronx. Plug-and-play lab spaces are available for companies of various sizes, from one employee to 10+ employees. Labs come in a wide range of sizes and arrangements, with flexible accommodations to fit your company’s growing needs.
Labs are located throughout our campus, and include access and discounts to our cutting-edge cores and shared facilities, including the Advanced Imaging Core, Flow Cytometry, Chemical Synthesis, Animal handling and over 40 other cores. Startups at the Einstein Incubator enjoy the ease of access to our advanced amenities and the opportunities to meet other scientists around campus and at special events. Einstein’s reputation as a collaborative research institution provides a warm and welcoming environment to start-up companies as well.
The Einstein Incubator program ensures that your company adheres to all safety regulations and provides waste management, chemical disposal, and provides guidance in protocols and procedures to meet all city, state, and federal regulations and maintain a safe and successful work environment.
The Einstein Incubator is currently featuring our shared lab space, geared specifically to smaller start-ups. A private bench in our shared space provides a company with access to cell culture hoods, freezer and refrigerator space, chemical fume hoods, incubators, centrifuges, and more essential equipment for a life science start up. All spaces in the Einstein Incubator include electricity, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, EH&S services, and package delivery.
