Mount Sinai BioDesign and Comprehesive Center for Surgical Innovation (CCSI) is an advanced med-tech incubator embedded within Mount Sinai Health System. It empowers clinicians, researchers, and engineers to collectively design and prototype medical devices using CAD, 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting. The program blends clinical mentorship, iterative prototyping with rapid testing, and access to hospital infrastructure—cultivating the next generation of clinician-led product innovation under one roof.
