WIB-Metro New York” MAPS Mentoring Circles are designed to foster meaningful mentoring relationships among women in life sciences and healthcare. This program creates opportunities for professional and personal growth by pairing mentors and mentees in small, supportive groups that meet regularly to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and build lasting connections that are so necessary for a successful career.
