The NYS CoE in Healthy Water Solutions, co-lead by Clarkson University and SUNY ESF, leverages our combined R&D capacity and expertise, as well as 1:1 funding support via NYSTAR, to help companies, organizations, and communities address pressing water challenges and opportunities, accelerate and commercialize solutions, and deliver positive economic impact across New York.
Clarkson University’s Center for Air & Aquatic Resources Engineering & Sciences (CAARES) brings together world-class expertise, focusing on air and water sensing, sampling, physical and chemical analysis, fate and transport modeling. CAARES is also a DOD ELAP-accredited lab for PFAS analysis using EPA Method 1633.
