The New York Genome Center (NYGC) at 101 Avenue of the Americas in SoHo is a premier 170,000 ft² genomic hub serving as a nonprofit consortium of top academic, medical, and biotech institutions. It houses 30,000 ft² of high-throughput sequencing labs equipped with two NovaSeq X and four NovaSeq 6000 instruments, plus a CLIA/CLEP-certified clinical genomics facility—the first in New York State to offer clinical whole-genome and transcriptome testing for cancer
